As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our mission by carefully matching the right CAREGiver to meet a client’s unique needs and personality. This position is vital to ensuring quality care and continuity of service.
Please note: This is NOT a remote position.
What You'll Do:

Coordinate and fill daily open shifts, balancing client care needs with CAREGiver availability.

Communicate with clients and CAREGivers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Collaborate with the team to provide outstanding service through creative problem-solving and attention to detail.

Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a calm, organized approach.

Utilize WellSky and other systems to manage scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications:

Preferred: Experience in home health or hospice scheduling

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability and follow-through

Dependable, reliable, and committed to quality

Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with WellSky (preferred)

High level of organization and time management
