As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our mission by carefully matching the right CAREGiver to meet a client’s unique needs and personality. This position is vital to ensuring quality care and continuity of service.

Please note: This is NOT a remote position.


What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and fill daily open shifts, balancing client care needs with CAREGiver availability.

  • Communicate with clients and CAREGivers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

  • Collaborate with the team to provide outstanding service through creative problem-solving and attention to detail.

  • Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a calm, organized approach.

  • Utilize WellSky and other systems to manage scheduling and documentation.

  • Proactive, with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

  • Skilled in building trust and communicating clearly over the phone

  • Able to prioritize tasks independently with limited supervision

  • Focused on client satisfaction and service excellence


Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Experience in home health or hospice scheduling

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability and follow-through

  • Dependable, reliable, and committed to quality

  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with WellSky (preferred)

  • High level of organization and time management
