What You’ll Do:

Perform client assessments (initial and re-evaluations every 90 days) to ensure individualized care plans that support safety, comfort, and dignity.

Conduct supervisory visits and provide proactive guidance to caregivers on client health concerns.

Support and empower your care team to deliver first-class service to seniors aging in place.

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN License in the State of Georgia

Tech-Savvy – Comfortable completing digital documentation from home
