Are you a dynamic, compassionate leader with a talent for building relationships and closing sales? Home Instead is looking for a Regional Care Manager who excels at both client care and team leadership. In this role, you will manage your own clients, guide a team of Client Care Coordinators and RNs, and play a vital role in driving growth through the client sales process.
The Regional Care Manager will maintain individual client relationships, ensure consistent delivery of care in alignment with established service standards and lead a team of Client Care Coordinators and Registered Nurses, ensuring that every client receives the 5-star experience Home Instead is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Personally oversee assigned clients, conducting care consultations, performing assessments, and completing service agreements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support Client Care Coordinators and RNs across the region, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and operational guidance.
- Client Retention & Satisfaction: Ensure ongoing communication with clients and families, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring care meets expectations.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain up-to-date care plans and documentation in line with state and corporate standards. Lead internal audits and support regulatory readiness.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the point of contact for escalated client concerns, ensuring prompt, empathetic, and effective solutions.
- Culture & Service Excellence: Uphold and model Home Instead’s values by delivering and supporting compassionate, relationship-based care.
- One week on-call rotation every six weeks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Proficient with technology; comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools.
- Experience with WellSky and Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
