At Home Instead, we are on a mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. As a Home Care Consultant, you will play a critical role in expanding our referral network, guiding families to care solutions, and driving the growth of our services across your dedicated territory.

What You will Do:
- Own your territory by developing and managing referral relationships in Lawrenceville, Duluth, Dacula, Snellville, Loganville, Conyers, Covington, and Norcross
- Build referral pipelines with healthcare providers, discharge planners, social workers, senior living communities, and more
- Meet with families to understand their needs and deliver custom care plans with empathy and expertise
- Maintain your pipeline using Salesforce to manage activity and track progress
- Represent Home Instead at senior expos, networking events, and local community activities
- Participate in an after-hours rotation to support prospective clients and respond to inquiry calls
What We Are Looking For:
- A proven sales professional who thrives in a relationship-first environment
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Self-starter mindset comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid driver’s license and up-to-date auto insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable using Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Willing to travel daily throughout your assigned territory
